“A Case Of You” as a song which has been very popular since 1971 has several interesting point to analysis and people have different adaptations within the text. Most of people think that the song talks about all the missing the author has to her lost husband.  It seems to me, the text tries to prove how much the author misses her country and loves her country.
Joni Mitchell is a Canadian singer and songwriter. She quotes the famous Shakespeare line “ I am as constant as a northern star” on the first stanza of the song. It is spoke by by Caesar to his conspirators right before they assassinate him. I think it shows the constant heart of the author that she loves her country deeply and her heart will never be moved. 
Moreover, following the text, the author states that “ I drew a map of Canada
Oh, Canada” . It shows how much the author misses her home country especially she writes “ And I sketched your face on it twice” following tightly. “ twice” even double the feeling. Furthermore, it seems to me that “ your face” should be a metaphor that refers to the author. 
The author shifts the verb tense from past to present for the chorus. I think it expresses how she feels right now. Either sitting in a bar, looking back those days she spent in her country, still living with it. 
Into the chorus, the author uses the metaphor to say, “ You are in my bloody like a holy wine, you taste so bitter but you taste so sweet.” Author uses “ bitter” and “ sweet” to show her feeling about her country, . She misses her country so badly, so she could taste “bitter” which is a sad feeling that she could not go back to her country. However, “ sweet” is the beautiful memories of her country and she loves her country. Therefore, she could taste “sweet”. “ Holy” also shows that she respects her country. 

After the chorus, the author uses a few sentences to describe herself. “ I’m lonely painter, I live in a box of paints.” “Lonely” is the basic emotion that expresses in entire song and the author still uses this word to emphasize the feeling she has. “ A box of paints” and “ painter” refers to me that she likes to draw and the thing that she draws is Candana, it works in concert with “ I drew a map of Canada” that I mentioned above. She has nothing to express the feeling that she misses her country, the only way is drawing. Moreover, she uses drawing to remain her how does her country look like.

                                                We have done our little monologue acting through last few week，everyone‘s wonderful and it makes stressful. The sound  designer is in charge of anything that is heard during the production. This includes life or recorded music and  sound  effects as well as the vocal projection of the actors, both speaking and singing.
